How do you control your mind?

There are many situations in our lives in which we need to try control our minds. The emotions involved in different types of situations offer to our minds a variety of challenges. For example, you may be living unemployed now. In fact, if you are living it now, it’s possible that day after day you have been more upset, stressed and without control of the feelings. How can you put up with the passed situations to control your mind?
Firstly of all it is necessary to understand that the nature of our mind is not the logic. On the other hand, our mind works based on the subjective moments, as if the mind worked more based on emotions than facts.
For example, if you are unemployed now, it is possible to be with lack of confidence. In addiction, it is possible to be suffering with lack of money, resources and hope. How may you rely on yourself? It is a difficult situation where you need to recover the confidence and pursuit the opportunities with new self-assurance.
Secondly, all the happenings seen to our minds the definitely ones, as though we may not change the fate. Instead of that, we need to construct a new reality, trying to convince our minds about new possibilities. You will not be the rest of your life like you are now. You need to reset your mind to believe in new perspectives. Is it easy to do it? Of course that not, but you need to rely on yourself, find out the better form to put up with the uncomfortable situation and grow up a little more in your life and career.
What is the secret then? You need to realize that you will not find a prepared secret to change your mind. Each person is different from another. Otherwise, it is easy to say that the answer to your trouble is in yourself. You need to find out what is the way to recover your confidence. You need to detect what have done you suffer before the unbearable situation get in. And mainly, you need to change something. Otherwise the perspectives will not be so interesting.

Some tips:
1- Find out something that increases your self-confidence and do it.
2- Breathe deeply and relax, all the times that you see yourself losing the control of the situation.
3- Invest your time and money making fruitful things.
4- When you are stressed, do not try to do something important. Otherwise, chill out, listen music and watch a movie. When you have been feeling better, you will be prepared to make decisions.
5- Try to see different points of view to be sure how is the better decision to have.
6- Be patient with yourself. You will not change so fast. In fact, let the time change yourself.
7- Set your mind to develop. Be afraid is one of the biggest problems when you are trying to grow up.

Of course that it is possible to list more solutions for our problems. Like I said before, you need to find out your better ways. Make your own list. Find out your path to be a victorious professional, human being and contributor. Acknowledge about yourself and take the rein of your life.
